Rodan + Fields holds a yearly convention event in which the Consultant base is able to experience new product innovations, gain inspiration from the Doctors and receive valuable insights from world-class speakers. Through this event the Consultants are able to bond, communicate and connect with fellow entrepreneurs from around the world - all while homing in on their skills. The goal is to provide a learning experience that shows them how to take their R+F business to new heights through informative business-building Breakout Sessions.
The theme for Convention 2019, Turn it Up! was musically inspired to mirror the city of Nashville. Utilizing the event space, Nashville's Music City Center's convention space we were able to push the musical roots of both the city and the events marketing collateral.
Develop 67 presentation decks based on individual business topics, work with the speakers to develop the material and visual elements, design digital screens, and all supplemental material to support the event while elevating the brand's integrity.

The below template was designed to be flexible and work with the event branding and style, but most importantly it allowed our team to operate with a more evergreen approach.

The Expo space provides attendees with the opportunity to interact with new products, participate in engaging activations, and experience bite-sized learning moments in a casual atmosphere. The digital signage appears at each activation area in the space, and has multifaceted goals: wayfinding, agenda, and times, informational, and fun set-ups for demos and activations to come.
R+F Consultants are the engine that keeps the company running. Learning experiences and trainings are necessary to their success and motivation. In a post-mortem survey, Breakouts scored as the second most highly rated area at Convention (second to the product launch, naturally).
