Develop Homesharing Materials + Initiate a Brand Rebrand

I.

Overview

At Daydream Apartments, I led the design of marketing and digital assets during the transition to Sentral, ensuring a cohesive and modernized brand identity. This included updating print and digital materials, signage, and templates to support both current campaigns and future growth.

II.

Objective

By strategically designing digital and print assets, updating signage and wayfinding, and developing templates for ongoing campaigns, I ensured all materials aligned with the evolving brand vision. This balance of creating new assets while adapting existing ones supported a cohesive brand evolution that advanced both short-term marketing goals and long-term growth objectives.

Property Guide, The Essex

Essex on the Park

“The Michigan Avenue Historic District was created to protect the “streetwall” formed by the edge-to-edge arrangement of iconic structures that date from the late 1800s to the early 1930s. Due in part to the Great Depression, this wall effect was never completed south of 8th Street.”
